• CLOSED COMMUNITY
→ Nandito na si Mes Hart! Si Mes hart ay isang closed role playing world kaya mahigpit na ipinagbabawal ni Mes Hart ang makipag interact sa mga outsiders!• WELCOMING & INTERACTIONS
→ Make sure everyone feels welcomed whenever a new CLIENT enters the world! As much as possible, interact with each other on the timeline or DMs so that you'll get to know each other. Sige ka baka talakan ka ni Mes Hart!• FOLLOWINGS
→ Gusto ni Mes Hart complete ang followings ng lahat. Para na rin magkaroon kayo ng close relationship ng fellow CLIENTS niyo. In line with this, siguraduhin i-unfollow lahat ng PAST CLIENTS ni Mes Hart.• RESPECT

Guidelines ni Carlota

• STARTING MONEY
→ Binibigyan ni Carlota ang lahat ng bagong sali ng 5,000 neutralizers as their starting money.• ACCOUNTS
→ Carlota only accepts clients with accounts that are three months and older.• FACE CLAIM
→ Carlota allows the use of Korean, Chinese, Japanese, Vietnamese, and Thai idols and actress/actors for face claim as long as they are not banned from use. Additionally, please refrain from using face claims with liners 2006 and up.• AU NAMES
→ Two names and a surname ang maximum na allowed for every client. Siguraduhin na walang katulad na pangalan sa ating mga admins to avoid confusion!• QUOTA
→ For new clients, you have a 50-tweet quota na kailangan matapos within a day or 24 hours. If not done within the allotted period, we will make your face claim available for other clients.• DATING BAN
→ Carlota established a 3-day dating ban once you enter the rpw. Para naman makabuo muna kayo ng close relationship with your fellow clients! However, we have an exemption for moved-in couples, if applies, inform niyo lang si Mes Hart.

• CHANGE AU NAME
→ Carlota allows every client to change their AU name whenever they want. Libre ang first change ngunit sa mga susunod ay kailangan niyo na magbayad ng 15,000 neutralizers.• CHANGE PORT
→ Sure na ba kayo sa FC niyo? Kung hindi, andito na ang Change Port! Clients are allowed to change twice each month. Libre lang ang unang palit, ang mga susunod naman ay may bayad na 30,000 neutralizers! Medyo mahal ‘no? Okay lang ‘yan, mahal ka rin ni Carlota.• TEMPORARY FACE CLAIM
→ Kinakabag ka na ba pero nagdadalawang isip? Why not mag-tfc ka nalang muna! Carlota allows everyone to have a temporary face claim with a maximum of seven (7) days. Libre ang unang tfc at ang mga susunod ay may bayad na, na 10,000 neutralizers.• HIATUS & INACTIVITY
→ Carlota is allowing every client to take a hiatus for a maximum of 15 days. ( password: mes hart parang galaxy ) Magbibigay kami ng three (3) days allowance para makabalik ka after ng break; on the other hand, Carlota will immediately expel a client after 10 days of inactivity.• EXPENSES
→ Every client is required to pay the amount of 20,000 neutralizers at the end of each month as their rent fee. Mahal ba? Huwag kang mag-alala dahil libre naman ni Carlota ang unang buwan ng pag-stay mo! Simulan mo na mag-ipon.

Warning System

NOTE: Those who disregard rules ni mes hart and guidelines ni carlota will receive warnings and shall face the consequences.• WARNINGS→ Carlota will direct message and inform you about the rule that you broke. As your consequence, kailangan mong mag-like at retweet ng bawat tweet sa ating Promo GDM for A WEEK.→ Second, makakareceive ka ulit ng message kay Carlota informing you about the rule that you broke along with a one-fourth (¼) of your neutralizers as your fine. Kasama na rin sa consequence mo ang pag-like at retweet ng bawat tweet sa Promo GDM for TWO WEEKS.→ When you receive your third warning, you will be informed of the rule you have broken, and you should be prepared to change your username to '@WAS[USERNAME]' as you will be kicked from Mes Hart RPW and permanently banned from entering.
